  • Record Keeper: Safeguard the integrity of our employee personnel records, the foundation of our HR operations.
  • Talent Liaison: Seamlessly coordinate the engagement of temporary talent, ensuring agility in our workforce.
  • Timekeeper: Masterfully manage our time attendance system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Employee Advocate: Provide compassionate assistance with paperwork and online systems, guiding our team through benefits, pay queries, and more.
  • Talent Scout: Drive the recruiting process with a keen eye for talent, from screening to hiring, ensuring we onboard individuals who will thrive.
  • Onboarding Specialist: Craft a welcoming and informative new hire experience, handling all paperwork with precision.
  • Performance Partner: Facilitate performance reviews and employment changes, fostering a culture of growth and recognition.
  • Data Analyst: Prepare and maintain essential reports, keeping our HR machine well-oiled and informed.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2-year degree
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word and Outlook
