Position Description
Performs technical maintenance services on all facility systems and equipment.
Qualifications/Experience
High School diploma/GED equivalent,
Vocational technical training from accredited schools in areas of electrical repair, heating ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) and/or four years lift truck servicing and repairs.
Two to four years maintenance experience desirable.
Technical experience to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and
equipment.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
Knowledge of hand power tools, Volt Ohm Metering (VOM) systems, electronic measuring systems.
Physically capable of lifting fifty pounds and standing six to eight hours.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, etc).
Basic knowledge of computer software – MS Office.
Good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
